Soon there will be no places on earth with mild year-round Mediterranean climates and reasonable length days and nights. Rich people will summer in the arctic circle and winter in Antarctica, sipping the local wines and sleeping in artificially starlight night bunkers.

I am 6 miles from the coast in the SF Bay Area and just today uttered the words "I can put the cows here in these trees when the temps are over 100 like they were last year."

My unscientific answer is "super duper." The average high for summer is 84 degrees. The fog has been disappearing over the years, and hawthorne trees are dying. Anecdote yadda yadda but worth noting.
