1/ Maybe the X axis is a "care about/don't care" instead of "supply chain miles". You're putting things on the map that are never part of the supply chain. Instead, the left are things civilization cares about and the right things civilization doesn't care about

2/ Maybe the Y axis is "pattern/substrate" instead of "bits/atoms". You're putting things in there that aren't information. Instead, the bottom would be things where the mere existence dominates and the top things where the pattern of the things dominates.

I think you’re looking for a different, more application oriented diagram that is the cousin of this one or something. No point responding to your specifics because I think you’re missing the point of this one.

Is the point to help people holistically understand their role in how civilization is affecting the world? The point is a little vague. The only specific language is improving Anthropocene literacy. Needs to be applicable enough someone can plot their train of thought on it.
