Hey lately your emails have been piling up and I find myself just randomly picking off 1/10 to read. I'd love tastefully compressed summary. Maybe devote 1 daily update per month/quarter to meta-narrative weaving through the play-by-play dailies (with lotsa linkage)?

I'd prefer some gentle cues on the more/less important developments on a monthly/quarterly time scale over making my own random mood-based decisions. Basically offer some curated filtering of your own firehose output. Otherwise ironically Stratechery feels more like Tactichery :D

+1000 I’ve mostly stopped reading it, and considering churning. I don’t think the content has gotten worse, but definitely more repetitive. A summary would be great - those I wouldn’t miss.

To be fair to Ben, the repetitiveness is a function of the rhyming and maturing of tech economy which is what we’re paying to keep up with. I don’t mind the repetition. Good reinforcement of patterns. I’d just like the key bits (both new and rhyming) highlighted more.

Totally! Spaced repetition is good. It's the reason I can explain aggregation theory back and forth, or why I understand Ben's positions on antitrust a-la FB buying Instagram, or his take on open vs closed APIs a-la Twitter. The firehose is good. I just wish I had a faucet, too
