If you have more than one way to make $ that differ in structural ways but not in any way that alters risk significantly, what variables matter? Example: selling 1000 $10 service units or 10 $1000 service units in 2 months or working 2 months at a $5k job.
What mix did you generally land on, re: your 3 variables, E, O, L? Did you tend to max one out or weight it more than others? I suspect with me, E is the limiting constraint

I think that's a great way to think about it. It's the only one you can "control".

If I have a path to creating a lot of leverage, I'd gladly take on more E. Same goes if this is an early, exploratory prototype. But if the intent is to create optionality, or if this is a more refined experiment, then I prob want to minimize E.
