If you have more than one way to make $ that differ in structural ways but not in any way that alters risk significantly, what variables matter? Example: selling 1000 $10 service units or 10 $1000 service units in 2 months or working 2 months at a $5k job.

expected rate of growth, I guess? Working two months at a $5k job doesn't set you up for any kind of growth except in execution skills, and $1000 service units sounds high-touch & not that scalable.

In one and two, you’re working to do the work- each sale requires overhead of some kind. If #1 is Uber, that’s the time between rides. If #2 is consulting, that’s the intro coffees (and probably scale up that’s hard to capture). Also only #3 pays you to💩
