My (obvious?) candidate: ability to cope with information overload. The first humans to augment will be able to scale meaningful relationships to thousands, and then millions, of peers. The unenhanced will struggle along at 150 still.

Totally. I studied this for my masters in 2013. Like people being able to get by with little sleep, those who can effectively manage their information consumption (that's at least aware of it) is a small portion of society with an outsized advantage.
