What are some good hacks for salvaging a good day after a bad might’s sleep? Besides pickling brain in caffeine that is.

40+ minutes of brain-clearing cardio (first thing in the morning) - running, dancing, biking, etc. Increased cognition bc of increased blood flow actually makes up for some aspects of sleep deficit

I was gonna say this – it’s tough as hell to muster the will to work out when you’re in brain fog, but it alleviates it quite a bit

I've found tracking runs & swims w strava helps because the group accountability adds competition and increased motivation (you can compete against any people who have ran the same stretches as you that day)
