40+ minutes of brain-clearing cardio (first thing in the morning) - running, dancing, biking, etc. Increased cognition bc of increased blood flow actually makes up for some aspects of sleep deficit

I was gonna say this – it’s tough as hell to muster the will to work out when you’re in brain fog, but it alleviates it quite a bit

Napping is my superpower. Two days ago I managed to snag a 5-minute nap in the driver's seat of my car while my traveling companions were refueling their car. It was quite energizing.

For me the cutoff is about max 40 min, after that its rem-ward and I need 2 1/2 hours or I'm not a happy camper!
