In this case I might also substitute "pragmatist" for post-rationalist, in the "pragmatist theory of meaning" sense not the colloquial meaning, as in we care about how events bear upon consequent situations of agents, not some view-from-nowhere explanation by axiomatic entailment
-
I replace the term “view-from-nowhere” with “from the view of that all-seeing deity you assume” when talking to Materialists just to be provocative.

5 tastes terrible though. 3 or 6 why's is much more palatable.
-
I prefer 3/6 also, but 5 makes a good star. In reality, it's often more than 5xWhy. You know you've hit the bottom when you reach a core belief that is an assumption or principle. Getting a Why that goes a deeper level rather than just sideways is easier with a second person.

"When we ask 'how?,' we’re asking for a narrative. A story... As part of those stories, we’re looking to understand people’s local rationality. When it comes to decisions and actions, we want to know how it made sense for someone to do what they did." https://www.oreilly.com/ideas/the-infinite-hows …
