I haven't done a full reading, but this paper annoys me. Quantum mechanics isn't just "non-deterministic" It's a very *specific* kind of non-determinism. A QM system has fundamental correlations a CM system cannot have. That's why computational complexity of simulating a QM system is exponential, but a classical system is polynomial. It's not just classical system + some randomness.
