Is there a term for being a free-marketer for almost everything except land ownership?
It’s like world’s land needs a serious round of garbage collection in the programming sense. Far too much of it has effectively leaked out of economy due to antiquated territoriality laws.

San Francisco is just the worst-case example, and Georgism/LVT just one fashionable solution, but everywhere you look, the root cause of a lot of economic malaise seems to be regressive land rights laws.

I don’t know. I think Georgism is too purist and a bit cargo cultish. I am for a much broader design space opened up by weakening private ownership of land.

It's worth noting that George himself didn't go far enough in this direction. He was not a champion of open borders, and did not find issue with the exclusion inherent in nationalism.
His work focused wonderfully on sharing the wealth of our communities, but it must go further.
