What is the fastest you can go from totally stressed to totally relaxed, by any means necessary not involving alcohol or drugs?

Ambiguous question. It’s obviously minutes for everyone since some stressors are acute and vanish quickly, like making a flight you thought you’d miss. If it’s internal reset/test of mental discipline that’s different.

ah true. I mean internal resets, assuming external environment is relatively stable. I.e. what is the fastest possible dropoff from stress using conditions under your control?

Fastest is still a couple of minutes for me but median is much higher and mean is potentially infinite for deep lifelong funks
