An incredible movie, mind. I can't think of anything else I've watched - and I've watched a *lot* of horror - that's given me such an intense feeling of dread.

The best time for my neighbours to suddenly start loudly banging around and slamming doors near our shared wall: 12:20 AM, ten minutes after I finished watching Skinamarink.

"Animalized Men Wriggling Eerily" was the original title for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles but it didn't test well.

A fairly accurate depiction of me, twenty minutes ago, when I dropped the Star Wars Character Encyclopaedia and Ultimate Visual Guide directly onto my little toe.

Ryu's SF2 ending is more fun now, after years of Bison being depicted as a megalomaniacal psychopath. It's hard to imagine SFV Bison coming up to the podium to collect a loser's medal. Also they look like two kids who have just been told to shake hands and make up after a fight.

First try at a monoprint using watercolour rather than printing ink. Tinsley Viaduct and the old cooling towers which were, fun fact, one of the targets depicted in the movie Threads.

My niece has visited today and she brought me a picture of some vampires and a "love heart pumpkin," so it's good that she knows my brand.

One last quick Halloween-y monoprint experiment - now it's off to bed with some horror movies and a bag of sweets bigger than my head.

This was the first attempt, which I also kinda like considering I went way too light on the ink at first and ended up basically "painting" the whole thing with a cotton bud.
