Ever since she had her kidneys done, all she wears are jacket suites, arms always covered now no matter the heat or humidity. No more short sleeves. Does she not sweat? Must be a lot of starch on that dress.

That’s the first thing that came to mind upon seeing her coming out to give her speech... there’s definitely some intentionality behind the choice of color she’s wearing tonight.
