I heard a report on Democracy Now w/Amy Goodman & Juan Gonzalez. It seems as tho very bad conditions at the Mississippi plants brought not only OSHA fines but a concerted union drive by the UFCW. The raids were actually a union busting tactic. No consequences for the companies.
