    Murder rates in Honduras/Guatemala/El Salvador among highest in world. Much b/c they’re drug route b/w S America & US consumers. Corrupt gvts haven’t controlled cartels & gangs. That + poverty is why despite risks, dangers & improbabilities, parents are desperate to get kids out.
