Please explain how this is inhumane or cruel? Shelter? Check. Sanitary conditions? Check. Food? I'm thinking "we" are not letting them starve. Clothing? I'm betting "we" supplied them with fresh clothing. Conclusion: I believe our illegal "guests" are doing fine.
