Senators made it clear that sexual assault is not an impediment to a Supreme Court appointment (or the presidency!). Also clear is that judicial temperament doesn’t matter, either. The Republicans who privately complain about how bad @realDonaldTrump is are no better than he is.

Or more importantly, lying. It’s clear that he’s made conflicting statements— little lies. If he lies about things as small as drinking, what else is he capable of lying about? That’s not someone I want sitting on the bench.
