1. There should be immediate hearings on Capitol Hill to uncover the abuses perpetrated by our government against immigrant families with the ultimate goal of reuniting every family.
2. HR 3020, sponsored by @BetoORourke, should be expanded to build on the great foundation he and @BNHRFernando created to build accountability, transparency and oversight -- and it needs to cover ALL agencies under DHS

4. I would support removing deportation authority from ICE agents so that they no longer have discretion to deport individuals. That authority belongs solely with judges.
