ICE needs fundamental reform & strict oversight. Even internally, its HSI div is asking to break away due to threats to its true natl sec mission caused by immigration tactics. Only Beto is willing to take it on. Good luck getting Cruz to do that w/ a non vote.

We disagree. Abolishing ICE (and while we're at it, Border Patrol too) should be an explicit goal of the Dem Party, not just giving them oversight.
