Horizon: Zero Dawn, Resident Evil 7, Super Mario Odyssey, Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, Cuphead... I'm sure all these games prove how bullshit that excuse is from EA.

I call BS, it's not about us not liking the single-player games anymore. They mean "we make money more easily with multiplayer games".

Yeah...Wolfenstein2 must have been hated according to EA logic... Maybe they should rephrase it to a more honest statement "single-player games are not as profitable and exploitable as Multiplayer games"

I would honestly like to know where they get that idea from? Market research, customer surveys? On the other hand if you look at Bethesada‘s line up (mainly single player) and you see reports that this games didn‘t do well you start to wonder who is wrong

Yeah, because this year Horizon, Mario, Zelda, Nioh, Persona, Nier Automata, Cuphead, Divinity II, none of them sell well and their respective companies are all on the brink of bankruptcy...sure EA, sure...
