Judging by their new attack on anything that isn't conservative dogma as "socialism," it appears as if they've already decided. Anyone who wants a government that works for the interests of the people, to the GOP, is a socialist and that's the card they're gonna play...

So, it looks like, short of winning those two Senate seats in Georgia, the GOP is going to spend the next couple of years clinging to the last gasps of Reaganism with a tinge of Trump and it's going to cost them a whole lot in 2022.

The thing that infuriates me is they complain about government being ineffective and broken, yet vote for the candidates that continue the cycle. Exhibit A - the Michigan legislature.
