  That's simply not true. Interoperability is a security risk and "fair use of data" means nothing more than to force companies to give up their collected data, because Europes companies wasn't able to compete with US-comp. And the "best" is: Freedom of speech is in danger,by this.

  This move will likely censorship and other problems of centralization. Decentralization and self/crowd chosen algorithms is the only real solution for this problem.

  DMA looks like a great work as it makes it possible for others to make trustworthy solutions. But don't oversell. DSA/DMA do not ensure this will happen. There is not a single element that require gatekeepers to stop collecting personal data
