      the worst part is that I don't think this font is in ASCII order and I have no way to translate it to ASCII order but I won't know that until I convert it.

      OK FUCK YOU it turns out that the version 1.0 and version 1.1 releases of Yoshi's Island CHANGED THE FUCKING FONT and guess what: The disassembly only covers version 1.0...pic.twitter.com/RrSkfwPHmM

      The best version difference, however, is the small lives/Yoshi icon in the "Try this stage again?" screen, between the Japanese and other releases. The change is only a few pixels, but it makes a world of difference. The change isn't documented on TCRF btw
