Oh so by being “genetically different” are you saying they aren’t human?

Isn’t the US supposedly the melting pot of many different people (including the genetically different?
) So again I ask why is Finland less than 1/4th of the US # in terms of Autism cases?

They are 1/4 the USA rate in Reported Cases, not cases, probably because Finland defines autism differently. That's why the USA seems to have a high infant mortality rate, because Europe does not count them the same.

Can you provide the basis for that claim? At the risk of being crass, surely there is only one way to count the death of an infant?

in much of Europe, babies born before 26 weeks' gestation are not considered "live births." many nations, such as France, Hong Kong and Japan don't count deaths that occur in the first 24 hours after birth. Almost half of infant deaths in the U.S. occur in the first day.

In Europe you have a miscarriage when the Baby weighs less then 500 Gramms, every Baby weighing more then that and dying is a „still birth“ which is counted and if you want, you can have a funeral. No idea where you got your „informations“ from...
