In 2 or 3 years, they'll stop producing the SS. The same fate of Xbox 1X.

No, they'll just make it smaller. It would make a great portable system, actually. Just needs a mid-gen refresh to shrink the die. No HDD or disc means it's endlessly shrinkable, and will also get much cheaper.
