      Berkeley has a strategic CTO program that looks like an interesting mix of technology & business, so I downloaded the brochure...and found out all the faculty are male. 🚮

      Berkeley’s in the middle of the Bay Area, where of ALL places, they could certainly find a more diverse faculty. I guess they didn’t think it was that important. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Once I downloaded the brochure, I realized all the faculty are male, and include no Latino or Black people. Understanding & working with diverse viewpoints is crucial to success in the tech industry these days, especially for leaders. I don’t think your program is able to offer the necessary perspective.”
