From April next year UK minim wage will be £10.42 If you are planing projects for 2023 please ensure you are not locking in a budget that is dooming your project to illegally low wages or unrealistically low hours.

please confirm that you’re intending to make some meaningful increase to the minimum rates of pay from April 23 onwards! So few people are respecting the 5% increase. Most weeks are 6 days long and days are NOT 8 hours We are working for minimum wage! 🙏
