Indeed.. With percentages now sky rocketing to 40-50% chance of cancer within our lifetime, everyone should be switching to a plant-based for that reason alone, let alone the devastation to environment and murder of innocents initiated via a meat-based diet.

Hmmm... how was this study conducted? Who were the participants? And could it be possible that another “diet” could do the same??

Certainly take a look into it very interesting stuff. Link to original study and one of the many accompanying articles. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2599779/ … https://veganfoodstuff.info/study-says-vegan-diet-causes-more-than-500-genes-to-change-in-only-3-months/ …

Problem that I see is that these vegan studies all fail to offer a consistent causal reason why vegan diet is so much healthier. What is this powerful toxin, common to all animal products, which makes even small amounts of it so detrimental?
-
Saturated fats? Cholesterol? Inflammation factors? When one looks at these components specifically, findings are pretty consistent that there is usually a large range of intake quantity, which doesn't make a big difference.
