During early stages of Series 2 launch, there were technical difficulties that may have lead to a small group of user data not properly saved into the database for order processing, so it shows the order with “empty” details in Order History.

To confirm your shipping information is properly saved, follow the steps below:
1) Go to series2.veefriends.com
2) Click “Connect Wallet” at the top left, and make sure you connect the wallet you minted with!

3) Click the top right Yellow button that has your wallet address displayed.
4) Click “Order History”
Your information should show under each completed order if it is inputted. If it is empty, click the blue “Edit Address” button, and input your information.

After filling out the information, your order will be processed on our end and inputted into our database to start the fulfillment process!
