A3. We keep it simple, if something is 'asked' by our audience then it becomes important for us. They can ask such questions anywhere: in online communities, on our social channels, customer support, search engines, etc. We use Google Alerts for some important terms.

#VCBuzz A3 Part of this is covered by "alignment" (as per A2: does the idea serve a business and user goal). After that aspect is cleared, it's then down to potential value, difficulty and cost. Different types of content take more resources than others, including knowledge. -
#VCBuzz A3.2 So all ideas have to be scored on such features. That permits us to prioritise them. Doesn't matter how good the idea is, nor how cool the topic, if it doesn't align, lacks volume, yields little value or costs too much ... it shouldn't make the top. - Näytä vastaukset
