A3. Two very different goals :D Memorable is often easier - and consists of several pieces. If there is a Brand, then it should be incorporated (consistency in imagery, tone etc.). Standing out can be achieved by extra effort, attention to detail, value etc.

But if you move away from "business", towards "personal", it is often a tad easier. Using peoples names, referencing prior conversations, citing other people and bringing them in to help/discuss etc. Such things are more "human", and "help" - and stick in memory.
