This really depends on several factors: - the type of content you are dealing with - if data can help with disambiguation - how Google/Bing are presenting this type of content in their SERP (Knowledge Panel, Rich Results, ..) - what data is the competition adding to their pages

I love Ratings/Reviews - the gains that can be had are significant. But it all depends on what the content is. You cannot use Recipe schema for non-recipes etc. :D (And you really don't want to schema-spam)
