    Today my wife loses her right to live, work and do business in the UK, and our kids lose the same rights in Denmark. Some people, even family, want this to happen, but we appreciate you remembering how painful it is for those who are directly and immediately impacted by it.

    the sense of dread and anxiety you feel when you receive the notorious ‘brown envelope’ with the Home Office logo on it. Sadly, many of us had warned that the Brexit debate was ‘home turf’ for the xenophobes, nationalists and apologists. Today is a sad day.
