Whatever you think of Trump's tweets, Baltimore has severe problems. The most pressing of which is a dramatic explosion in its crime rate, one almost no other city in the country has experienced. Heck, I didn’t even mention all the corruption. Mayors resigning. Mayors going to jail. Mayors who resigned and went to jail becoming mayor again. That thing with the books recently.
