It's worth reading the conclusion of the paper. And while WPA3 certainly has it's issues, it's still better than WPA2.

Since the KB entry at CERT/CC does not exist at the moment, which vendors are affected? Maybe a dumb question, but is there already much WPA3 certified equipment out there? There are some routers I am aware of but beside those?

According to the Wi-Fi Alliance there are already 250 *certified* devices that support WPA3. See https://www.wi-fi.org/product-finder-results?sort_by=default&sort_order=desc&capabilities=16&keywords=wpa3 … So that is excluding non-certified devices

Dragonfly isn't new in WPA3, I think it's part of 802.11 since 802.11s. So older 802.11s equipment might be effected too?

AFAIK Google Mesh routers use 802.11s!
