  1. When I was 19, my brother won a high school playoff game as a backup quarterback on his high school football team and I thought, “That would make an awesome movie.” I immediately saw the character I’d play - a…

  4. Hey Please stop painting the yard markers on the snow. They move and bleed through the players and it’s distracting and... it’s SNOW. It’s part of the fun.

  5. While I’m touched by the outrage on my behalf... please remember that the finalists are good people who are working their asses off and I love them - and you would too if you shared a dance floor with them.

  6. Wrecked. Devastated. In shock. That’s how we’re feeling right now after the soul we thought were going to welcome into our family has taken a short cut to whatever lies beyond this life. There are no words... thank you everyone for the love & support. It’s exactly what we need.

  9. Just looked lovingly at my wife ... her response: “Sometimes you look like Sean Bateman to me... and it trips me out.” I blame you for this. 😂

  10. Obi Ndefo player Joey Potter’s brother-in-law on . A fantastic actor, he was always a happy, positive, welcome presence on set. A few weeks ago he was hit by a drunk driver. His family has started this page for his recovery. via

  13. As the only boy I knew growing up who did musical theater AND played football, it was heartening to see the pride shown in response to the dancing comment made on . Also heartening to see recognize her own unconscious gender bias and call it out so quickly.

  14. Attn: parents! This is a must-read. We all knew there were some fake products being sold on Amazon, but this exposes just how dangerous those can be. Seems convenience can come at quite a high cost. Review your order: How to shop safely on Amazon

  15. Attn: pundits: The impact of the whole Mueller investigation has less to do w/ this president than The Presidency, and what behavior we’re okay with down the line. The only worthwhile conclusions are ones in which you could swap Obama for Trump & still stand by them. Thanks!

  16. Unfortunately, I feel like it's worth pointing out that, no matter how I may have criticized our government for its actions, its wars, or its shortcomings in serving its citizens... never once has anyone told my white ass to go back to the country from which I came.

As the child of parents and grandparents who fought opression, I think the best part of being an immigrant to America is that you can criticize it without being sent back - or to jail - for doing so. Criticism is necessary, honorable, patriotic. And it’s a constitutional right.

  18. Okay. So... “Trump-at-all-costs” voters out there... I know you have your reasons. But if racism is NOT one of those reasons, it’s time to speak up. Because you can no longer be in denial that that’s where he’s taking this country if you don’t. And he’s only listening to you.

“This country belongs to us.” . Love of country DOES mean proposing, fighting for and enacting solutions to fix it. We need to see more concrete action, less divisive rhetoric from both sides of the aisle, because our collective future depends upon it.
