    Agreed, but some "honest" folks who were woefully ignorant of the law and happy to remain so might reasonably be labeled scammers. Ignorance of law is never a defense; & if you take millions of dollars from folks, you should probably have an affirmative duty to inform yourself.

    All seem to agree that 1) tattoos copyrightable, yet 2) tattooed person has implied license to walk around in public. But why doesn’t implied license include power to authorize reproduction/distribution of one’s image, w/tats? Isn’t that protected by 1Am?

    Also, so no one is confused, the Telex type and modem setup is much older than www. By the time the web came round there were monitors and terminal emulators. But, couldn't have gotten there without this primitive interface tech for pre-web networking terminals.
