CUH-2016B payload is sent and nothing is happening. In the First 20 second it seems like no payload is sent. But if you wait enough the display turns Black and then Loses signal with Ps4 still running. I could not get out, had to Plug the power cable. Ps4 after that starts normal

So maybe that's why it's stuck on boot. It's not PS4 Linux Loader or Kexec which is broken for newer PS4 but the port of Linux from the team Fail0verflow.
