If you're in a position to give a lot of advice, you might find it hard to take advice yourself. Generally, it's due to thinking that you work harder or know more than your peer group. You might also be in the wrong when giving certain feedback to others, and that compounds (1/2)

You might find yourself feeling exhausted but not know why. Don't forget to stay attuned to your own day-to-day needs-- empathize with yourself. Take stock of any toxic one-way relationships you might have with other people or even with "things" like news and social media (2/2)

Some folks have issues with lacking empathy, but too much empathy is also a big problem for others. They end up with little to no time for themselves in the race to care for others. If you're constantly processing information, you definitely can't reflect on it all (1/2)
