They’re preventing people from leaving. The more they arrest, the more money in their coffers. Justifies them being there because of all the people that just “wont leave”
I’m no fan of these guys, but they are also probably doing it so people don’t use their cars as weapons against the police. These riots are provoking all sorts of mayhem and anarchy.

Same here @Redcherry311 . Hate to say it but this is the kind of unsubstantiated stuff that causes a lot of division.
I watched the entire vid. It was jerky, showing movement but no clear proof cops slashed tires FROM THIS VID. It seems to skim the upper part of everything but still NO CLEAR SHOT OF COPS SLASHING TIRES, just a jerky vid DESCRIBED as such.
