an ideal ML state in America would be a decolonial one, that is the common conclusion amongst many MLs
Could you recommend any reading the relationships between decolonization, democratic centralism, and the vanguard party?

I base my understanding of decolonial theory in Fanon. Wretched of the Earth is a good start but it doesn't go in-depth with Marxist terminology really. most of my marxist decolonial understanding comes from talking with indigenous marxists
