We would appreciate if people would: - Identify errors or fill in missing information for location, lat, long, archaeological context, date, label - fix Y chr haplogroup determinations (by manual checking). - identifying other problems in the data or annotations for individuals

Yes! Massive effort by Shop and everyone else getting this up. The plan is to keep this updated with virtually any new release. This should be a huge step to enable anyone to get going right away without spending too much time with QC + merging etc.

Wow such a great resource, super cool! is there a way/link to also download raw data files ? If not, it would be a great additional feature!

Maybe in the future - BAMs are trickier as its a huge amount of data and we don’t have the resources to host them. They are all available on the ENA and each data point has a link to the publication. I guess atm the goal is to have a gnomad like resource for population genetics.
