Yes it does dr Shiva,allways....uvb goes up, flu goes down....every year. It take 8-12 weeks before bloodvalue rises. With 1000IU 10nmol. Its free/cheap/simple. Im not looking forward to oct/nov/dec etc. The virus is still there/here, but due D the door is locked.
