I’ve been NOT using sunscreen for years, choosing to time my sun exposure. Hit it early between 8 and 11am or late after 2:30pm on. With this strategy I never get sunburned. If I’m outside between 11am and 2pm, I keep it very brief, keep it in shady areas, wear a hat, blah, blah

Not sure if not using suns teen is a good idea. It really depends on your ethnicity and the natural level of melanin that you have. If your skin is very fair then the UV would reach deeper layers of your skin.

Doctor can you emphasise the importance of also taking 100mcg of K2 MK7 with Vitamin D3 and the introduction of Magnesium and why these three should be taken together, when possible.

Your work is fantastic, I'm a big fan! Saw some evidence from China that malnourished patients had worse outcomes and they advised testing this on entry to hospital.
