Need a Medical Practices Act, similar to TILA/RESPA. Costs must be disclosed, profit disclosed, any ABA disclosed as well as no kick backs. Other regulatory agencies have similar laws. It really shouldn’t be that difficult. This was crystal clear. Thank you.

What are your thoughts on gene therapies and stem cell therapies? Drugs are one tool for drs but so will the need for viral vectors to cure genetic diseases and adult stem cells to provide newly grown organs or to repair damage in the body.

In short, instead of prosecuting under antitrust law, the government protects cartel like behavior in order to fleece "we the people". The government needs to get back to regulating markets so that they are free and open. Same applies to all out of control markets, like education
