PART 1: BROADCAST (first 2min 20s). Although my panel was first in line to be heard “somebody” intentionally changed the schedule pushing us WAY down to the bottom so few would hear our testimony! We were forced to confront the legislative aide & fight to be heard! More to come.

It’s 11:15 and people are still testifying to an almost empty room, and only 3 committee members. You testified at prime time.

I just saw families were still there after 11 pm to testify- and there was a snow storm, delay, school closings, so a lot of shuffling. I agree that health is not one size & these bills are over reaching. This was a distraction that was likely unintentional - we move forward.
