very good, but do you have a small bug: Number(BigInt("100000000000000008192")) === 100000000000000020000, should be 100000000000000000000 ?
The implementation of the BigInt proposal for ECMAScript is almost feature complete in latest @v8js. 
And the performance of this baseline implementation looks very promising already!
