Final week to save , talk to your employer! At least try! I know the “it’s right thing” perspective isn’t always a convincing argument. Try the recruiting perspective: Even if they only found 1 employee per year via co.up, its peanuts compared to market recruiting fees.

My amazing personal trainer is looking for developer(s) for an iOS and an Android app. Preferably (but not compulsorily) a female developer based in Berlin or Germany. She'd be happy to give it to someone as their first project to help them build a portfolio. It is a paid gig.RT?

Since we're talking about it...I have done some research but would love more ideas! Have you been to conferences with childcare? How did it work? Would you use it, or do you know people who would? What is most useful? Any input welcome!

With being explicitly about the next generation, couldn't have wished for a more appropriate first technical presentation. Anniversary paper with multiple joint first undergraduate female authors! 💪
