Why stop there ? A full WebXR frontend client is a bit more work but could be 🔥 -&- it won't get locked out by the latest 🐦 policy that could easily reverse thier latest reversal of a "third party friendly" push to API 2.0 ....?

Eh, heavy text applications get tricky and cumbersome in spatial contexts both in terms of input and readability - but if you believe in it, I say go for it

Funnily enough I was reading mastodon.social/@joeycastillo/ while having twitter.com/utopiah/status in mind but I admit I didn't think about displaying that in XR!
Anyway it can indeed become a clutter quickly so I'd stick to displaying only the Nth closest items.

Indeed, I'll once again request my archive help.twitter.com/en/managing-yo but this time, I promise
, I'll setup the result to be available on my own website and share back the process on video.benetou.fr .
Obviously it is not sufficient but it is a step!
FWIW didn't the #WebXR part but quite pragmatic twitter.com/utopiah/status and IMHO to go back to the initial question, AFAIK, the initial Mastodon server one posts on does not matter much as long as others can find you. Also one can move relatively easily. So... try?🤷♂️

Find my Twitter archive at twitter-archive.benetou.fr
It's quite outdated (April 2022 dump) but hopefully will update as soon as I receive (sigh) the last dump.
I used github.com/joeycastillo/t (found thanks to @joinMastodon) with the Hugo image github.com/klakegg/docker
